Conditions for Purchase, Preview, or Rental

Purchase costs are listed with program details in the catalogue.
All titles are available in VHS format and DVD format. Programs can be converted to PAL or SECAM for an additional $20.00 each. Additional postage may be required for overseas shipments.

Please note: Timely fulfillment of orders is a priority, however, the fulfillment process is presently in transition. Please indicate the deadline for receipt of the product at time of ordering. Every effort will be made to comply with customer priorities.

Rates are in Canadian dollars for Canadian customers, and in US dollars for all others. The goods and services tax (GST) will be applied on all Canadian transactions. The rate card is effective beginning June 1, 2008 and is subject to change without notice.

All orders must be accompanied by a cheque, money order, purchase order, Visa or Mastercard number and expiry date. All payments should be made to "The University of Calgary."

Previews are for possible purchase, one preview only. The fee to preview is $20.00/title, shipping and handling and GST extra. Programs are sent out on the first available date. Programs are due back within 21 days of shipment after which, late fees of $10.00/title/day are applied. Additional postage may be required for overseas shipments.

Rentals are for specific showdates and are $30.00/showing + $10.00 for each additional showing on same booking. Shipping, handling and GST extra. Cost can be credited if the program is purchased within 3 months of the showdate. Programs are due back within 21 days of shipment, after which late fees of $10.00/title/day are applied. Additional postage may be required for overseas shipments.
